My husband and I consider ourselves lucky to have met Chantelle. At first we didn’t feel it necessary to hire a wedding coordinator, but boy, were we wrong! Having Chantelle help us through the planning process was such a gift. Chantelle went above and beyond what we ever expected a wedding coordinator to do. From the beginning, we were always in touch with her, either by phone or email. She always made herself available for us no matter what. Not once did we have a difficult time reaching her. There was an incident that occurred where my husband and I had problems with our wedding invitations and Chantelle, away on a trip, took the time to call the invitation company to straighten out the issue.

Planning a wedding can definitely get hectic and fortunately for us Chantelle was there every step of the way. Her knack for details and organizational skills helped keep us sane during some of the chaotic moments in our planning process. This was evident when she skillfully organized the day’s timeline, a fun yet overwhelming part of the planning. She also attended all the important vendor meetings with us and would ask questions we never thought to ask. She was always on top of things, from knowing when each vendor payment was due to making sure our bridesmaids and groomsmen were all fitted for their dresses and tuxedos.

I was fortunate enough to see Chantelle in action before our wedding. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding Chantelle coordinated just weeks before mine. Seeing her hustle and bustle assured me that our wedding would run just as smoothly. And sure enough it did! She and her assistants did a terrific job working with the vendors to make sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to do and everything was where it needed to be. Don’t let her sweet demeanor fool you, because Chantelle has what it takes to get the job done. We highly recommend her to any bride and groom-to-be. She’s a genius at what she does and would be an asset to have!
